- It is compulsory, as per legal mandate by the Government of India, that any/all guests, checking in to Kailash Farms Earthen Life, must provide Accepted Identity Proof by way of: Voter ID card, Aadhar Card, Driving License, Ration card and/or Passport.
- 100% payment for the entire stay, covering accommodation, meals & activities, must be completed at the time of check-in, if full and/or part payment has not been done in advance.
- Taxes, Duties & any other charges are quoted at current rates & are subject to revision at any time, without notice & as directed by the State and/or Central Government. Any upward variation in tax, or duty, or any additional charge, if applicable, will be recovered from the guest as applicable on date/s of stay/visit.

Cancellation Policy
- Less than 05 days before the arrival date – no refund
- Less than 10 days before the arrival date – 50% refund
- Less than 15 days before the arrival date – 90% refund
- 30 days before the arrival date – 100% refund
- No refund in case of road block, accident, no show etc.
Extra Occupancy
- Two (2) kids up to 5 years are complimentary stay. Additional kid will be charged with 20% of full charges plus taxes.
- Children between 5-12 years will be charged INR ₹ 2850/- plus taxes per night with extra bed and meals.
- Children above 12 years of age will be charged INR ₹ 3300/- plus taxes per night with extra bed and meals.
- Maid/ Man Servant/ Driver of guests are charged @ INR ₹ 800 plus taxes per night. Meals will be charged extra.
